Hier heißt es: „Körperliche Bestrafungen, seelische Verletzungen und andere entwürdigende Maßnahmen sind unzulässig.“
Die Eltern scheinen vorerst weitestgehend auf sich allein gestellt zu sein. Es liegt in ihrem Ermessen, was sie für gute Erziehungsmaßnahmen halten und was nicht.
