Como siempre, la prosa y el sentido del humor de Edwards son un deleite. Los temas pasan a un segundo plano, y hasta esa larguísima galería de personajes santiaguinos a quienes el autor revive, de manera proustiana, no serían los mismos sin la naturalidad y simpatía excepcionales de un gigante de la narrativa hispana, como es Jorge Edwards. Esperamos la segunda parte...
